| Six issues of Ern Malley's Journal were published between 1952-1955.
This issue is Vol.1 No. 3 October 1953. In the editorial Max Harris writes: " One criticism frequently levelled at us is that our literature, and presumably our editorial attitude, does not disclose sufficient involvement in man's social and economic struggles, and we now welcome the opportunity, in our current correspondence with Betty Vassilieff, to open up this issue and to give some insight into the processes that which we work. We hope that others will also give us the advantage of their thoughts so that this complex subject can be explored as fully as possible." |
