"This work of three books explores the textural surface possible on the page. Having conversations with a blind student and also witnessing my mother's encroaching blindness due to macular degeneration lead me to explore texture on the page. Using a P.I.A.F machine and the special paper made for the machine which when processed leaves a raised line wherever a line has been drawn. The work is comprised of three books." Julie Barratt
