| "When studying music I came across something called 'aleotoric music' which is where the musicians are given some bards of music which they can play at random intervals, so the music itself is a game of chance. "When making this work, I wanted to make these beautiful expressive marks and the treat then as Schoenberg or Cage would, throwing them into chance forms, backwards and forwards, reflecting and repeating each other."
