First published in 1884, 'Flatland' is a satire about a two-dimensional world vexed by single- and multi-dimensionality. This book can be enjoyed by geometry students and physicists and is hailed as a precursor of science fiction. In 1980 Arion Press produced this limited edition version of the text. It includes an introduction by Ray Bradbury and the graphics have been done by Andrew Hoyem. |
