Subtitled: Rhymes for Modern Times.
"In 1990 Bull collaborated with poet Ann Salwey and designer Yolanda Cuomo on a political/satirical book, Mordant Rhymes for Modern Times. Her contribution to this project was a series of ink drawings which accompany the text. In her review in The Print Collector’s Newsletter, Art Critic, Nancy Princenthal writes: 'Bull’s expressive ink drawings bleed--maybe hemorrhage is the better word-- across the tabloid-size page'. Nancy Princenthal (PCN, 1992) The book was awarded a prize from The American Institute of Graphic Arts, and toured the United States in an exhibition entitled “Issues and Causes: Propaganda in the Public Interest.” Following this tour, Bull created, produced and performed in a piece entitled 'In a Walled Garden' at the Kitchen Performance Space (NYC) based on Mordant Rhymes for Modern Times."
